PROJECT OVERVIEW
This case study focuses on an online store for a lifestyle bedding brand, designed to balance emotional appeal with a clear, efficient buying experience. The goal was to create a warm, visually inviting interface that feels calm and trustworthy, while keeping the path to purchase simple and friction-free.
WHAT I DID
I designed the entire online store end to end, shaping the experience to be clean, minimal, and conversion-safe. I defined the layout, hierarchy, and interaction patterns to help users move confidently from browsing to checkout, with a strong focus on reducing friction throughout the buying process.
I made intentional decisions around color, spacing, and motion to create a warm, emotionally resonant interface that builds trust without overwhelming the shopping flow. Interactive elements and immersive animations were designed to guide attention, reinforce the brand’s tone, and maintain clarity as users navigate the store.
Across the experience, I focused on balancing visual expression with usability, ensuring the interface feels engaging while remaining clear, calm, and effective in supporting purchase decisions.
