PROJECT OVERVIEW
This case study focuses on an all-in-one platform built to help spas manage professional at-home services. The work covers two closely connected parts of the experience: a fully interactive website that introduces the platform, explains how it works, and guides users into it, and an internal system used to handle day-to-day operational tasks.
The goal was to create a soft, spa-inspired experience that feels calm and approachable, allowing users to ease into the platform while keeping information and interactions simple for clarity and adoption.
WHAT I DID
I designed the product website from conception to delivery, focusing on helping users understand the service, its value, and how it fits into their operations before they ever interact with the platform. The experience was shaped to feel calm and reassuring, allowing users to ease into the product without cognitive overload.
I structured the pages and content to introduce the product gradually, helping users understand what the platform offers before moving into more detailed information. Decisions around layout, spacing, color, and motion were made to support a soft, spa-inspired feel, while keeping the experience clear, lightweight, and easy to navigate.
Throughout the work, I applied UX best practices to keep the experience easy to understand and use. Content was organized clearly, interactions were predictable, and visual choices supported calm navigation, helping users build confidence in the product and move toward adoption smoothly
THE INTERNAL PLATFORM
Alongside the website, I also worked on selected parts of the internal platform. This included a central workspace where teams can manage bookings, services, payments, and revenue, as well as a dedicated screen for organizing and tracking bookings. These screens support the day-to-day tasks once users are inside the product, building on the clarity and expectations set by the website.
WHAT I LEARNED
A strong user experience goes beyond visual appeal. It’s shaped by careful decisions at every level, from copy (choice of words) and layout to interaction, spacing, and hierarchy. When these details work together, the experience becomes clearer, easier to use, and ready to build.
